Daphne was a phenomenal agent. She always had time for us and was very diligent in following up and staying in touch on new listings and offers. On the buy side, she gave us great guidance on neighbourhoods that were new to us and was patient to advise us as we completely changed gears on our wants and the scope of home we looked at. She was also great at dealing with a seller that was a bit "eccentric" and a seller's agent that wasn't always on the ball. We saved more than a few dollars because of her advice.
